Ella Kaye (chair)

Ella is a Senior Research Software Engineer, working to increase sustainability and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) in the R Project. Currently based at the University of Warwick, but moving soon to the University of Birmingham to work on enabling the next generation of contributors to R. She is also a fellow of the Software Sustainability Institute. Ella co-founded and runs rainbowR. She has many and varied hobbies including powerlifting, juggling, and playing clarinet.
James Williamson

Katlyn Bagley-Sepsey

As Director of Institutional Research, Reporting, and Data Stewardship at Furman University, Katlyn focuses on institutional data strategy, governance, and compliance. Responsibilities include aligning data systems with decision-making needs, developing and maintaining data warehousing processes, and ensuring adherence to FERPA standards. She also oversees federal and state reporting, institutional dashboards, and participation in national data exchanges.
Lea Gehmacher

Lea is a Master’s student in Geography: Global Change and Sustainability at the University of Vienna, specializing in socioeconomic transformations. She recently joined Statistics Austria, where she works in the agricultural and forestry register. Her responsibilities include managing and analyzing data, and applying R as part of her workflow.
Tina Rozsos

Tina is an applied microeconomist with an interest in the economics of (higher) education. She is currently a PhD student at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. She is also a Graduate Fellow at the University College Roosevelt Data Center and the Data Manager of CORE Econ.
